Jamie Dimon on Fitch’s US downgrade: Nevermind

Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase Financial institution, stated Fitch’s downgrade of the US credit standing shouldn’t be too worrying about how traders view the nation’s debt compensation capability.

In an interview on CNBC on Wednesday, of his annual bus tour of the native associates, Dimon stated the USA is house to “the perfect economic system the world has ever seen” and that the rankings company’s choice would not change that.

Dimon stated of the world’s religion within the soundness of US Treasurys: “It does not matter a lot. Markets determine. It isn’t the score companies. Credit score is sound, it must be the best credit standing on the planet.”
